Divine Word University Human Resources Department provides a full range of professional Human Resource (HR) services on employment matters to all University staff. We focus on flexible, cost-effective Human Resource solutions that support the University’s vision, mission, and objectives and create sustained values. This includes advice and guidance on recruitment, promotion, appraisals and terms and conditions of employment.
We are devoted to providing effective policies, procedures, and people-friendly guidelines and support within the University to make sure that the University vision, mission, values and guiding principles are upheld.
