The Faculty of Business and Informatics provides high quality education in the fields of business, accountancy, management, tourism and hospitality, information systems, mathematics, and computing science with emphasis on the encouragement of moral and ethical behavior. The faculty provides opportunities for students to enrol in and undertake studies at Diploma, Bachelor, Masters and PhD Degree levels.

Our programs  meet international standards of quality and are responsive to the local, national and international development needs.Our emphasis is on providing graduates with skills, knowledge and innovation that allows them to follow any and as many, career paths as they choose. In 2013, the faculty graduated its pioneer graduates for the Masters of Professional Accounting program.

Welcome to the Faculty of Business and Informatics. The Faculty offers a learning environment where staff and students from diverse cultural, demographic and learning backgrounds are welcomed and supported to excel in scholarship, research, professional and spiritual development.

Divine Word University has promoted business and informatics amongst the programs offered since its early days as a tertiary institution as a means of developing highly qualified professionals in the business sector.  

The Faculty of Business and Informatics is committed to the pursuit of quality in all its administrative and academic responsibilities. It offers high quality education in the fields of business, accountancy, management, tourism and hospitality, information systems, mathematics, and computing science with emphasis on the encouragement of moral and ethical behavior. It provides undergraduate and postgraduate programs that meet international standards of quality and are responsive to the local, national and international development needs.
