Information Communication and Technology (ICT) comprise of Helpdesk Services, Infrastructure and Network Support. Our structure emphasizes the delivery of timely, quality and innovative information technology solutions to provide the University with convenient access to appropriate information and services.
Department of Information & Communication Technology (ICT) aims to provide the highest levels of ICT support and services to the staff and students of the university.
The responsibilities embodied within the ICT department ensure that our ICT environment meets the broad university community, that the investments and decisions we make align with the strategic directions of the university and that we appropriately utilize our resources.
Its staff are involved in a diverse number of important roles ranging from managing our Customer Operations, Desktop Support Services, Computer Laboratory Maintenance & Management, LAN Administration, Web Development and Communications, right through to maintaining the Standard Operating Environment (SOE) for the university. ICT department is dedicated to provide the best services possible to the DWU community and its affiliated and amalgamated campuses.

Helpdesk is a first point of contact for all faults or queries about the ICT system supported by the University’s ICT Department.

ICT Helpdesk is available to assist members of the University to be more productive through the use of the facilities it provides and supports.
