Vital Information For New And Continuing Students

Congratulations and New Year greetings to both new and continuing students for being selected (new) and for progressing to the next level of your studies (continuing) in 2015 academic year.

We are excited and very much look forward to meeting you when you arrive on the respective campuses (Madang, Wewak , Kabaleo and St Mary’s Vunapope). As you are preparing to move on to campus please pay special attention to the information on fee payment and registration

  • Fee information for Madang Campus is attached. Please pay special attention to the date for payment of the On Registration Fee. Students must pay this fee in order to register and be given a dormitory room. Part payment is not acceptable and guarantee letters will be considered for second part of the fee.

o Orientation commences during the week beginning Monday 9 February, 2015

o Registration for year 1 will be on Monday 9 February

o Registration for Years 2-4 will be on Tuesday 10 February

o There will be a late registration on Friday 13 February with no penalty for those who did not register on Monday or Tuesday.

o Students who register late after Friday 13 February will be charged a late fee of K20 per day until 20 February.

o Registration will close on Friday 20 February 2015. Any student who has not registered by that date will have missed out on enrolment.

  • For Wewak , Kabaleo and St. Mary’s campuses please call the Assistant Registrars on those campuses to obtain full information on Fees and Orientation/Registration dates. Their phone numbers and email addresses are:

  • On Arrival on the respective campuses please report to the Student Services Office for room allocation. Students are advised to bring with them their bank deposit and electronic copy of the deposit receipt for verification purposes.
