Diploma in School Management and Leadership
Overview
The Diploma in School Management and Leadership is a two-year flexible learning program that is designed for senior teachers with supervisory responsibilities in urban and rural schools. Each semester starts with a two-week residential session. The program is very practical and competency based. It prepares highly motivated teachers to become efficient, compassionate and effective leaders and managers of schools.
Location
Available twice a year in various centres as warranted by the number of applicants, e.g. Nauru, Solomon Islands, Madang, Wewak.
Admission
Teachers who hold a Certificate or Diploma in teaching can enrol in this program. Enquiries and application should be made by contacting the Enrolment Officer, Faculty of Flexible Learning, Divine Word University.
