Certificate in Conflict Resolution and Mediation
Overview
The Certificate in Conflict Resolution and Mediation is a one-year flexible learning program that provides participants with skills to listen effectively to a person with a difficulty, facilitate a meeting, negotiate a deal, mediate a win-win situation between groups or individuals in a no-fault conflict, and provide reconciliation and peace in a conflict where one person has injured another. The program covers people skills, self-understanding, relationships and assertive communications that are necessary to the successful practice of conflict resolution. The program is equally suited to the workplace and the wider community for dispute settlement.

Admission
There are no specific admission requirements. The program is designed for people who deal with conflict and mediation issues in their profession and who can bring the benefit of both life and work experience to their studies.
