Overview

The Certificate in Conflict Resolution and Mediation is a one-year flexible learning program that provides participants with skills to listen effectively to a person with a difficulty, facilitate a meeting, negotiate a deal, mediate a win-win situation between groups or individuals in a no-fault conflict, and provide reconciliation and peace in a conflict where one person has injured another. The program covers people skills, self-understanding, relationships and assertive communications that are necessary to the successful practice of conflict resolution.
