Certificate in Counselling
Overview
The Certificate in Counselling is a one-year flexible learning program that provides training in counselling skills that are effective in the context of Papua New Guinea. The program is most suitable to persons who hold positions of student counsellors, deans of women or men at universities, teachers colleges and secondary schools. It is also suitable for persons who work as pastoral care workers in hospital or prison settings.
Location
DWU Madang and other centres as required.
Admission
There are no specific admission requirements. The program is designed for people in a counselling environment who can bring the benefit of both life and work experience to their studies. For enquiries or application forms contact the Faculty of Flexible Learning Enrolment Officer.
