Divine Word University (DWU) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia to work in partnership.
President of DWU, Fr Jan Czuba and Professor Judyth Sachs of Macquarie signed the MOU on May 29th at the North Ryde campus in Sydney.
The MOU stated that “Macquarie University and Divine Word University seek to enhance relations between the two universities by developing academic co-operation and exchange information in respect of Quality Assurance and teaching and learning to build capacity for academic leaders”.
The MOU allows for:

• Exchange of staff;
• Exchange of academic materials and information;
• Joint research activities; and
• Joint conference and other academic meetings.

Staff members of the two universities already have been working together in certain areas.

The DWU’s Master of Business Administration (MBA) program offered at the Port Moresby campus is a product of the collaboration between staff of DWU and Macquarie
