Summary Mr. Makapa is a qualified Human Resource practitioner within the area of Human Resource. His area of specialty includes Human Resource Process/system reengineering and Employment Law. He has served in numerous Public Office as Manager Human Resource and Director Training with the Department of Education, UNESCO and National Youth Commission respectively. He is currently designated with the faculty of Business, Finance and Informatics as a Lecturer. He is the member of the Papua New Guinea Human Resource Fraternity. Apart from his duty as a Lecturer, Mr. Makapa can be consulted on any matters regarding employment issues as well as the issues affecting employees. Research Projects: |
