Qualification: Bachelor of Information Systems (DWU), Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education Teaching and Learning (DWU)

Aloisa Narlusi is a teaching fellow in the Department of Information Systems at Divine Word University. In March 2014, she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems from Divine Word University. She also received a University Gold Medal for Academic Excellence, and the Telikom PNG Award for best final year project. During her study at DWU, she has undergone various periods of work experience with Daltron’s Lae Branch in the area of Information Systems.

For her final year research project, Aloisa developed a theoretical model of an E-Recruitment System, which was presented during the 8th Annual Information Systems Symposium in September, 2013.Prior to joining DWU; Aloisa started working with Bank of South Pacific as a Graduate Test Analyst in the Information Technology Department at its Waigani Banking Centre in Port Moresby.

In 2014, Aloisa completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education Teaching and Learning, and in January 2015 she also completed and certified as a CCNA 1 and 2 Instructor.

Aloisa has special interest in IT and IS Research and the impact these have on certain Educational, Business and Economic scenarios.
