Mrs Lorraine Morlin is a Lecturer and the faculty appointed staff mentor to the HOD in the Department of Governance and Leadership. She holds a Masters Degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management, a Bachelor Degree in Public Administration/Political Science, Post Graduate Certificate in Higher Education Teaching and Learning and a certificate IV in Training and Assessment. She graduated with a Certificate in Higher Teaching and Learning in March 2013 and plans to undertake her PhD studies in Industrial Relations and HRM in 2015 or 2016. Her areas of specialization are in Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management and Developing and Writing Adult Student Learner Guides and Unit Books.

Currently Mrs Morlin teaches units such as FL106 Managing Conflict Resolution, FL107 Occupational Health & Safety, FL201 Advocacy & Influence, FL203 Managing the Legal Environment, FL309 Persuade and Influence Opinions, MN409 Communication & Interpersonal Skills, MN410 Public Sector Legislations and Public Policy and MN414 Personnel Management 2.
