About Us - DWU Alumni Association
- Alumni of Divine Word University are graduates who has passed through the Divine Word High School (1968-1978), Divine Word Institute (1979-1995) and DWU University (1996-present).
- Graduates of other DWU Campuses such as St Benedict’s Campus in Wewak East Sepik, St Mary’s Vunapope and OLSH Kabaleo in East New Britain and Port Moresby campus, National Capital District.
DWU Alumni Association
- Formed by alumni (former graduates of DWU, DWI and DWUHS)
- Purpose to meet and foster participation of its members in activities of the University, leading to mutually beneficial relationships between alumni and members DWU
- Alumni promote interest of DWU
- Assist DWU financially by raise funds through fundraising initiatives within alumni groups
- DWU Alumni Association (DWUAA) consists of Provincial chapters represent each province in Papua New Guinea
- Current active chapters include Madang, East New Britain and Port Moresby.
- Others are in the process of establishing their Chapters.
- University appointed officer at the University coordinates between DWU Alumni Association and the University.
- Main objective of this office is to serve Alumni by keeping them up to date on the developments of the University and assist in raising fund for the University.
