• 23rd January 2012 – 2018  My current position as a lecturer, I prepare notes for students, run lectures and assessments. I also conduct researches as a requirement of the University. Directly responsible to the Principal for carrying out educational, organizational; ethical; professional; administrative and managerial responsibilities of such position. At times, I have acted as Principal upon requests from the Principal and exercised responsibilities related to policy formulation such students’ enrolment procedures; pastoral care; staff/students’ discipline and college security and school teaching practicums.Coordinated and supervised students in general college administration such as guidance and counselling, students and staff disciplinary matters and reporting the National Department of Education, PNG.Supervised and reported on the performance staff and students, administrative support-staff through college appraisal system. Carried out other approved and related duties as stipulated in my duty statements.

• 2012 A member of Quality Assurance Committee, our role is to screen and commented on the new University Courses under different Faculties that all meet the University academic standard before the University Academic Board and the University Counsel for Approval. As stipulated in the National Standards for Higher Education Institutional Registration – Standard 6 ‘The institution’s programmes, teaching and assessment are adequate to achieve the expected student learning outcomes’.
