Summary Sr. Nellie Sariwa is a registered general nurse from Papua New Guinea who is currently teaching at St. Mary’s School of Nursing Vunapope, Kokopo in East New Britain Province. She worked as a general nurse with Catholic Health Services in Veifa’a hospital in Bereina in 2008. From 2009-2011, she worked in Pariani Nursing Home for the aged in Italy and in 2012 she worked with Catholic health Services in Alotau Diocese in Jinjo Heath Centre. Since then, from 2013 till now she had been tutoring in St. Mary’s School of Nursing, teaching Community health and health communication studies, Anatomy and physiology and Aims, Principles and Practices in Nursing in the Under Graduate- Diploma Program in General Nursing. In 2016 she did her Diploma in Health Teaching in the University of Goroka and in 2017 she taught Community health Nursing and Aims, Principles and Practice in Nursing for year one students.
