Summary

Ms. Huwe Kwadi is my name. I am aged 45. I hail from a small remote Silabo Village in Nawaeb District of Morobe Province, PNG. I separated with my husband, survived by three children aged 21, 14 and 12. My highest education qualifications are Bachelor of Education from the university of Goroka in 2001 followed by a Master of Education from the Sunshine Coast University in Queensland, Australia in 2018. The subject specialty in my first-degree qualification is Language and Literature major and Commerce minor. I specialized in Curriculum Leadership and ‘Teaching English as a Second Language’ (TESOL) in my recent postgraduate studies.

Nothing vigorously ranking is notable in my teaching life; though, a handful of essential contributions are worth stating.
- I was always a Teacher-in-charge of Library and Information Services all through my teaching life except for the six months at Simbu Teachers College last year.
- I had been performing at level seven subject Coordinator position for four years at Balob Teachers whilst undergoing the mentoring process for the department head position before I left for studies.
- I participated in three writing conferences and three writing workshops that prelude the publication of 3 various Lecturer Guides and Student Teacher Work Books under the leadership of Volunteer Services Organisation. The books are currently utilised primary teachers colleges.
- A committee member of Curriculum Review Committee working on reform curriculum Lutheran Girls Mission Work Schools in PNG.
- I started an elementary school in my remote village two years before I went for studies in Australia. The school has run for 6 years now still on voluntarily basis. It has produced some of the top cream of children performing highly in primary schools.
