First Secretary-Cyber, Digital Infrustructure, Telecommunications, Australian High Commission to PNG
Dominic Meoli is an Australian diplomat serving as First Secretary for Cyber, Digital Infrastructure and Telecommunications at the Australian High Commission in Papua New Guinea. He works on digital connectivity, telecommunications, cybersecurity and inclusive development initiatives in PNG and the Pacific. His previous roles include advising Australian Government Ministers, supporting the Ambassador for Cyber Affairs and Critical Technology, working with the Australian Cyber Security Centre, and representing Australia at the United Nations on telecommunications and cyber issues. He holds a Master’s in International Law and International Relations and a Bachelor’s in International and Global Studies.

Mr. Trevor Manokore is Chief Operating Officer of NiuPay, where he leads Sales, Operations, Implementation, Systems, HR, and Support across the company’s Pacific operations. Before joining NiuPay, Mr. Manokore spent over five years at Amazon Web Services (AWS), building deep institutional knowledge of AWS’s structures and partner ecosystem that he now brings to NiuPay’s cloud and AI strategy. Based in Port Moresby, he works closely with government agencies and tier-1 enterprises across Papua New Guinea and the wider Pacific to deliver secure, scalable digital platforms that improve public and private services and revenue collection, driving pragmatic and real-world digital transformation.

Senior Lecturer & Research Coordinator FED | DWU
Ben Ninkama began his career as a primary school teacher before serving as a teacher educator and administrator at Melanesia Nazarene Teachers College. He earned his Master of Educational Leadership (MEdL) from Divine Word University (DWU) in 2019 and is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Education at the University of Goroka (2020–2026). He currently serves as Senior Lecturer and Research Coordinator for the Faculty of Education at DWU. He is the author of two books and a self-taught coder specializing in front-end development. His passion for coding earned him the Gold Medal at the 8th National Science and Technology Conference at the University of Goroka for his innovative web-based application addressing issues in education.
