DWU Honours Distinguished Alumni Connection
As part of the Divine Word University 30th Anniversary Festival of Legacy and Vision, the University proudly presented a Token of Appreciation to the Prime Minister of Papua New Guinea, Hon. James Marape, and his wife, Mrs. Rachel Marape, a proud Divine Word University alumna, during the Alumni Foundation Day celebrations.
The presentation was made in recognition of their valued support, leadership, and contributions to the development of education and nation-building in Papua New Guinea. The University also acknowledged Mrs. Marape's continued connection to her alma mater and her role as an inspiration to current students and fellow alumni.
The occasion highlighted the strong bond between Divine Word University and its graduates, celebrating the achievements of alumni who continue to make positive contributions to society while upholding the University's vision, mission, and values.
