Academic Division

This Division is known as the Capacity Building Training Centre (CBTC). The CBTC provides and manages workplace training and development programs in close collaboration with the Flexible Learning Centre in Madang. CBTC has one overall Academic coordinator and four specific program coordinators who are also full time academics supported by the Assistant-to-the-Registrar. The CBTC currently offers four programs under one faculty: Faculty of Business and Informatics. In the near future the campus will run programs for other faculties.

Administration

The Port Moresby Campus management is made up of the Campus Administrator, Property Supervisor, Finance Assistant, ICT Administrator, Assistant to the Registrar, Assistant to HR and an Academic Program Coordinator. This team is known as the Leadership and Management Board (LMB). The LMB meets every last Wednesday of the month at 10:00am.

The Campus Administrator is the campus operations manager responsible for general administration including campus administration, ICT services, finance administration and physical facilities management.

There are four divisions with interrelated functions; and the roles and functions of each division are allocated or shared by all the administrative and support staff. It comprises of the Campus Administrator, Finance Assistant, ICT and Administrative Officers/Assistants as well as four support staff.
