Congratulations to students who have successfully completed their studies in 2025 and will continue to 2026, new intakes, and readmitting students. The 2026 Progression List, Readmission List, and New Intakes List are available and can be viewed and downloaded through this post from the Divine Word University Official Website.

The electronic copies of students' letters, transcripts, and 2026 registration documents have been sent to students’ email accounts. New intakes and Readmitting students will also expect hard copies via the student’s nominated postal addresses.

Students are required to read the contents of your letter and take heed of the information, fees, and expected registration dates. Current students who do not find their names on the list are asked to check their student emails for more information on their current status or contact the Office of the Registrar via email, This email address is being protected from spambots. Registration

Official registration will begin on Monday, the 2^nd of February, 2026, and end on Friday, the 6^th of February 2026, at the St. John Paul II Multipurpose Hall. Students are expected to register during the official week of registration, as this is an integral part of their enrolment. Registering early will ensure you a good start to your studies.

As per the registration policy, failure to register during official registration week may affect your eligibility to be enrolled at the University. A fee of K20.00 per day is charged for late registration. You are advised to contact the Office of the Registrar should you have reasons beyond your control for registering late. There will be no registration of students after the 13^th of February, 2026. We ask that you seriously take heed of this advice.

The Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) 5 students have an earlier registration arrangement in place and will register between 19^th of January, 2026, to 22^nd of January 2026. Students are required to visit the Office of the Registrar to register accordingly.
