Br. Rodney Pauru Sinipo is the Vice President Planning and Development at Divine Word University, Madang, Papua New Guinea.

In his current role as the Vice President Planning and Development, he is responsible for managing and coordinating Divine Word University planning and development activities across all DWU campuses.

He has professional qualifications in finance management as a holder of an MBA, and has experience in finance and project management.

He has knowledge in planning for development, infrastructure development, project management and financial management and is responsible for the management of all the DHERST (Department of Higher Education, Research, Science and Technology) PIP (Public Investment Program) funded building and infrastructure projects of the University across all its campuses.
